Criminal defense attorney Danielle Kelly (Mandy Bruno – Emmy nominee) isn’t a typical recent law graduate. She’s beautiful, articulate, immediately combative with judges—and she’s paralyzed from the waist down. She’s also really a former teen pop star, who the entire world thought was dead. Now working for Mario Cash (Robert Bogue – Scavenger Killers), a hot shot New York lawyer who has a regionally successful rock n’ roll band that is on the downslide, Danielle sends her boss a series of anonymous – incredible – vocals. Also receiving the anonymous music is Judge Carol Ann Connelly (Joyce DeWitt – “Three’s Company”), a powerful politico who once served as Danielle’s manager. A woman devastated by the loss of her most prized client, she wants answers. As does Mario, who is falling in love with Danielle, who he only knows as a talented, disabled attorney. What ensues is a rock n’ roller coaster mystery, unraveling the criminal cause of Danielle’s paralysis, and unleashing the rise of a new band, headed by the pair of lawyers. From the mind of best-selling author Kenneth Del Vecchio, and also starring Eric Roberts (Academy Award nominee; The Expendables), Dominique Swain (Face/Off), Robert David Hall (“CSI”), Justin Deas (6-time Emmy winner), Eric Etebari (Walk of Shame), and Gilbert Gottfried (Aladdin), Rock Story is a suspense-filled rock opus that delivers magnetic original music and a shocking twist ending.
